On October 15 at 7:00 p.m. in Grove City College’s Sticht Lecture Hall, Steve Mosher, President of the Population Research Institute, will lecture on “China’s One-Child Policy.” Beginning in 1979, China embarked upon the most radical population control program in human history. The cost, in terms of forced abortions, forced sterilizations, and the killing of baby girls, has been enormous. Have there been any benefits?
